CONTACT GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES
(all services listed below are provided at no additional charge, unless
otherwise specified)

Carefully select and appoint a guardian for the child (has to be a UK
resident)

Arrange all the required documentation for the guardianship

Provide an emergency contact phone number available 24 hours a day 7 days
a week
- Be on
call to visit the child at school or the guardian’s home in case of
emergency *
- Act
with signed authority on parent’s behalf in the event of emergency
- Make
appropriate medical arrangements
- Keep
parents fully informed and consult them on the matters related to their
child
- In
co-operation with the school, monitor and supervise the child’s
educational progress, assist in the choice of GCSE and A-level subjects

Liaise with the school about holiday, exeat arrangements, sport and social
events

Arrange travel between airport and school (via carefully selected taxi
company) *

Arrange payment of any school fees, additional fees and expenses from a
fund provided by the parents **

Control child’s allowance if required **
- In
the timely manner, provide parents with the invoices at the end of each
term, backed by the third party receipts.

Arrange for purchase and replacement of uniform items ***

Provide an assistance with passport renewal and visas ****

Travel Services (hotel reservation, flight bookings, etc.) ****

Assist in purchasing of a mobile phone ****
