¹ Waiting time and airport parking is charged at cost

² Deposit is fully refundable and has to be paid before the beginning of the term. The remaining amount from each term is carried over to the next term

⁴ Other Expenses may include:

- Pocket money

- Additional Clothing (if needed)

- Outings such as a visit to a museum, theatre, cinema, restaurant
or shopping centre

- All public transport fares

- School visits by a guardian or a member of staff (charged at £ 7.00
per hour)

- Emergency medical treatments and medications that are not
covered by the medical insurance

- Communication: telephone calls to the student and his parents
or agency (charged at BT rates)

Premium Services (are not covered by the deposit)

- Escort and translation services during parents’ visits to the school	£20/hour + travel expenses
- Management of pocket money	£25/term
- Assistance with passport renewal and visas	£75
- Assistance with the purchase of a mobile telephone and running a telephone account(additional deposit of £250.00 is required)	£25
- Issuing the letter of invitation for the parents’ UK visas	£30
- Flight booking / ticket changing (excludes travel agency fees)	£20
- Hotel booking and other travel services	quoted on request
- Attending parent / teacher meetings	£50 + travel
- Educational consulting and support	£20/hour

All additional services are provided upon request and quoted on case by case basis
